• Starting the Game
  • Tap anywhere on the game loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • Select the gray play button with the white triangle on it to move from the welcome screen to the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including beat levels and level star ratings.
  • Underneath the play button are buttons for more games and game developer information. The upper right corner of the welcome screen has a sound control button.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button while the cursor is not over the ball & pan to move around the screen. Left click again to go back to the initial screen view.
    • Left click atop the ball and move your mouse cursor to set your shot strength and angle, then release to shoot.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap a ball with a finger and drag it across the screen to set your shot strength and angle. Release to fire.
    • Touch and drag the screen to move the camera around the level, then tap the screen to return to the next ball.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner of the screen shows the current level number.
    • The top center shows your current star rating.
    • The upper right corner has 3 buttons for return to the level select screen, restart level, and sound control.
    • The level select screen shows which levels you have unlocked, the best level rating you earned on each level you beat, and how many of the 108 stars you have collected.
• Game Play
  • Basics
    • This is a level destruction game where you aim a ball at beer bottles with intent of directly smashing them or knocking them off platform to destroy them.
    • Beat each level using few ball tosses to earn up to a 3-star rating on each level.
  • Obstacles
    • Large balls – hit the blue ball off giant orange balls to get the giant orange ball past starting friction.
    • Moving platforms – some platforms move or rotate, requiring you to adjust your timing to avoid them or ricochet your shots off them.
    • Moving walls – some walls move, which can block your shots. Time your shots to avoid running into the moving walls.
    • Ice – you must smash through ice walls and floors by hitting them with one of your blue balls.
  • Levels
    • This game has 36 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You beat a stage by knocking down or destroying all the beer bottles on it.
      • You can earn up to a 3-star rating on each level depending upon how many shots it takes you to destroy all the beer bottles.
      • You can’t technically lose a stage, but you can beat a stage with a zero star rating.
      • You can always come back and replay any stage later to try to earn a higher rating on it.
  • Tips
    • Star ratings
      • If you earn fewer than 3 stars on a stage keep playing through other levels and then come back to it after completing all the levels.
        • A somewhat cheesy tip is some stages will have a bottle automatically break when they load after you have played through the entire game.
        • You can play a level with an auto-breaking bottle and then shift to playing a stage where you got a lower rating on it & sometimes one of those bottles will break when you load the level.
      • Some stages require a bit of a trick shot in order to earn a 3-star rating.
        • For example, on level 28 you must hit your blue ball off the orange ball hard in order to send the orange ball moving to the right while your blue ball bounces back to smash the beer bottles on the platform to the upper left.
        • If bottles are located on multiple parallel platforms on the same elevation it can make sense to hit the first bottles so hard that your ball also makes it to the bottles on the second platform.
    • Ramps
      • If a stage has ramps on it sometimes you can intentionally overshoot, knowing your ball will retain a lot of energy and roll down the ramp back to hit any lower bottles.
    • Ice walls
      • When trying to break through ice walls it is good to aim to hit 2 consecutive blocks at a time.
      • Your shot will arc down slightly, so aim slightly higher than the junction between two ice cubes to ensure you knock out both blocks.
    • Restarting
      • If you are aiming for a high rating you need to use every ball perfectly.
      • If you make an error early in a stage restart the level
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like cannon firing or level destruction games.
    • The game features beer bottles which explode when broken, but does not promote drinking beer.
  • Other than the above, the game has no adult themed content.
