• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • On the top row of the welcome screen are the following indicators:
    • Total coins collected
    • Total score
  • Select the speaker button on the bottom left corner of the welcome screen to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.

  • Basic rules
    • Connect 3 or more identically colored balls in a chain to clear them from the screen.
      • You can connect adjacent balls to one another horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
      • The path you make cannot cross the same ball twice.
      • You can, however, have two diagonal connections intersect.
      • Plan your moves to clear large groups of colored balls at once.
    • When you clear a group of balls, the balls above them fall down. New drop in to fill in to take their place.
    • Clear the number of colored balls specified on the top left to clear the level.
      • Each ball you remove clears one ball from the counter.
      • Rainbow balls that appear on the top left menu indicate balls of any color.
        • Clear groups of balls of any color to remove balls from this counter.
        • Balls you clear for specific color categories also count for the rainbow ball counter. (e.g. if you cleared 5 blue balls, 5 will be deducted from both the blue ball and rainbow ball categories.)
        • Often, the rainbow balls will be the first category you clear.
    • Clearing 10 or more balls will give you a bonus.
      • The game will remove all the balls in a plus pattern from the space where you ended your chain.
      • Check the flower counter to the top right of the grid to check the length of each chain you form.
    • Earn cash and points from clearing the level.
    • Finish the level within the move limit shown on the top right corner.
      • If you run out of moves, you fail the level and must start over.
  • Scoring
    • You earn 10 points for every ball you clear. The minimum number of points you can earn in a move is 30.
    • You get bonus points for every remaining move on the counter.
    • All the points from your level score are added to your total score.
  • Power ups
    • You begin with a limited number of three kinds of power ups:
      • Extra turns (10): Gives you an additional turn.
      • Mallet (3): Removes 1 ball.
      • Broom (3): Removes a 3 x 3 square of 9 balls regardless of color.
    • You can buy more power ups with the cash you earn after finishing the level.
      • To buy power ups, select the store button.
      • Each power up has a fixed cost:
        • Extra turns cost 100 coins.
        • Mallets cost 150 coins.
        • Brooms cost 200 coins.
    • Use power ups wisely.
      • Use extra turns to stave off a premature game over.
      • Use mallets to remove a ball that stands in the way of forming a larger group.
      • Use brooms to clear several balls so the game can generate new ones.
  • Levels
    • This game has 25 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
    • Each time you reload the game, you start at the latest level you’ve unlocked.
  • Tips
    • Be aware how the connections you make will impact dots above you.
    • Use diagonals as needed to cover a lot of ground and make other plays available.
    • Choose your starting point wisely to make the longest possible chains as you can.
    • If you only have a few moves left and do not think you will be able to reach the goal consider using your power ups.
    • If you are close to having a run of 10 near each other it can make sense to make other plays to enable that chain to get a bit longer and reach 10 or more to activate the bonus.
