• Starting the Game
  • Select Continue at the bottom of the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button on the tallest stack of blocks to begin
    • Choose a game mode.
  • On the lower left side of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select the speaker button on the higher stack to turn the game’s sounds on and off.
    • Select the trophy button on the lower stack to see the trophies you’ve earned.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
    • Select the trash button on the bottom center of the welcome screen to clear your previous data.

    • With your mouse, left click to jump.
    • With your keyboard, use the spacebar to jump.

    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to jump

  • Basic rules
    • Left click or tap on the screen to begin.
    • Your cube automatically moves forward once the level starts.
    • Have your cube jump to move from one platform to the next and avoid the pyramid-shaped spikes.
      • At times, you must choose not to jump to avoid platforms with too many spikes.
      • Time your jumps with care to reach the platforms.
    • Keep moving for as long as you can.
  • Pyramids
    • Touching a spike is an instant game over.
    • Each time you move into a spike, it counts as a “kill.”
    • Every spike you hit adds to your kill count, which is shown in glory or infamy on the game complete screen.
  • Additional enemy types
    • World 2: new pyramids
      • Starting in level 10 the pyramids you always jumped over in the past become pyramids you may need to jump over or walk under.
      • Jump over green pyramids.
      • Walk under red pyramids.
    • World 3: falling blocks, moving blocks, and spikes
      • Starting in level 19 the game introduces falling blocks you must jump over.
      • Starting in level 21 the game introduces horizontally moving blocks which walk back and forth along a platform. You also must jump over these.
      • Starting in level 23 the game has holes in some of the floors which have retractable spikes. When the spikes are exposed you must jump over them.
  • Game modes
    • Arcade mode
      • This mode is divided into 27 levels.
        • The levels are divided into 3 worlds with 9 levels each.
        • The levels are unlocked sequentially.
          • You start each new session with only the first level unlocked.
          • Finish one level to unlock the next.
        • Each time you finish a level, you can continue, play the level again, or exit to the level selection screen.
        • You can replay any of the levels you’ve completed.
      • Your goal in this mode is to bring the cube to the end of the level.
        • The level’s end is marked with a checkered flag.
    • Survival Mode
      • This is locked at the start if the game. You must finish 18 of the 27 levels to unlock it.
      • There is no endpoint in this mode. Keep playing until you fall off.
      • After you beat four levels in survival mode the fifth level is like the second section of the game.
      • Whenever you die you start back at the first level.
  • Trophies
    • You win a trophy each time you:
      • unlock a new world (world 2 is unlocked after level 9, and world 3 after level 18)
      • beat other key levels (1, 5, 15, 20, 24, and 27)
    • You can win a total of 8 trophies.
  • Tips
    • Jump or fall?
      • On some stages you have to fall rather than jump so that you land early enough on a platform to be able to jump to make the next platform.
      • If you keep not being able to make a jump it likely means you should either try falling in that location or falling on the prior jump.
    • Minimize distractions
      • This game is one based on rhythm & requires exceptionally tight timing.
      • It is best to play it when in a good mood and when not distracted.
