Basic rules
You begin with a grid consisting of several dots united by lines.
Each of the grid’s squares has a number, which can range from 0 to 4.
Each of the dots can be turned on or off.
Turn on the dots as indicated in each square.
You can turn on any of the dots that make up the square.
For instance, if a square has a number 2, only two dots on any corner of the square will be lit.
However, which dots you must turn on depends not only on the current square but also on the squares adjacent to it.
For instance, if a square has a 2 and is adjacent to a square that has a 4, you only need to light up the dots on the 4 square because the shared line indicates which
We recommend filling up the largest numbers (4, whenever it appears) first.
Likewise, leave any dots that form around a 0 square alone.
Light up all the dots that matches the numbers on the squares to clear the level.
In Expert mode, you begin with a 150-second timer. Solve as many grids as you can before the timer expires.
Scoring
Your score is based on the number of levels you clear. Each level is worth 1 point.
Keep playing for as long as you want.
Each difficulty level has its own set of points.
Tips
Squares with a zero give great clues as to where dots can be around neighboring cells.
A cell with a 2 next to a 0 indicates that both dots on the far side of the cell must be illuminated.
A cell with a 1 next to a 0 indicates one of the two far side dots must be illuminated.
Cells which are a 4 have dots on all 4 corners, making them an automatic play.
Cells which are a 3 have 3 out of 4 corners lit up, making them a great spot to start coloring in dots from after dealing with the cells with a 4 & those adjacent to zeros that are obvious.
You can view the puzzle as a series of half splits.
As long as you know where your certain moves are keep playing them until you run out of certain moves & look at other parts of the level where certain obvious moves are available.
When you are less certain it is fine to guess so long as you where you guessed, as you can select a dot again to remove its light.
