• Starting the Game
  • Press the PLAY button on the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including completed levels and best level scores.
  • The welcome screen has a SETTINGS button for turning music& sound on or off, and resetting game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Press the W key or the up arrow key to burn fuel and provide thrust.
    • Press the D key or the right arrow key to move right.
    • Press the A key or the left arrow key to move left.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • The move left and move right buttons are in the lower left corner of the screen.
    • The thrust button is in the lower right corner of the screen.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner of the screen has a pause button.
    • The upper right corner of the screen has a fuel meter.
    • When you complete a level it shows your current score and all time best score on that stage.

    • This is a rocket control game where your goal is to go from one landing pad to another using a limited amount of fuel.
    • If you run into anything other than the landing pad you lose. You also lose if you hit the landing pad at an angle, as your rocket will tip over and blow up.

    • This game has 15 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You beat a stage by safely landing on the landing pad.
      • You lose a level if you crash into anything.
  • Tips
    • Flying blind
      • In many cases you do not know where the landing pad is unless you already played the level.
      • The yellow carrot points at the landing pad, though it does not indicate if there are obstacles between you and the landing pad.
    • Scoring
      • Your level scores are based on how much fuel you have remaining when you beat a stage.
      • You can slide slightly off the initial pad without burning any fuel & then must burn fuel to remain aloft.
      • It is easy to earn a high score on the early stages and it is much harder to earn a high score on the later and more challenging stages.
    • Turns
      • As you advance through the game clearances get tighter and you need to change directions many times.
      • Try to move fast early in your movements and go slower through areas where there are tight clearances or you need to rapidly change directions.
      • If you are going down a long way you can tap your thrust to slow down on the decent.
    • Lasers
      • When you get into the later levels with lasers on them you can time your initial moves so that you can through the first set of lasers easily while they are deactivated.
      • In some cases you can keep your timing aligned through all lasers if the first laser timing is correct.
